The starting point

A wholesale buyer or private-label brand needs clear answers about the supplier, the product and the terms of working together. We reviewed the information SilkyFun Hair presented to those buyers, then compared selected AI answers with the website evidence.

What we reviewed

  • Reviewed public pages, source HTML, selected rendered screenshots and crawler exports for technical and content issues.
  • Extended the product check to all 27 product URLs in the sitemap, with a focus on specification fields and summaries.
  • Compared recorded AI answers with page evidence and prepared separate Chinese SEO and GEO diagnosis reports.

What we found

Archived website screenshots sit beside the findings they support. Each image has its own capture date; the live pages may have changed. Select an image to open the full-size evidence in a new tab.

Buyer questions had unrelated answers.

Questions about wholesale cooperation, new brands and pricing were paired with text about jersey returns, after-sales photos and size exchanges. Those answers did not explain how to work with the hair supplier.

  • The wholesale-partnership question was answered with a return condition for customized jerseys, which belongs to a different product category.
  • The final audit also recorded a new-brand question answered with after-sales photo instructions, and a price-tier question answered with size-exchange terms.

The image shows one expanded answer. The other two mismatches are documented in the audit report; this image does not show all three.

Why it matters

For buyers. A wholesaler cannot use this answer to confirm whether the supplier works with their type of business. They need another page or an extra enquiry to establish the cooperation conditions.

For search. The answer does not satisfy the wholesale question it is attached to. If reused in a search summary, the unrelated wording could convey the wrong terms. The audit did not measure a search penalty or lost enquiries.

Recommended fix

Replace the misplaced template copy with verified answers about samples, minimum orders, customization, lead times and wholesale cooperation.

How to check it. Expand every cooperation question and verify that it answers that question. Have the business confirm the terms, check them against the shipping and after-sales pages, and remove leftover references to unrelated products.

Company facts needed one explanation.

The homepage described a factory area of 7,000+ m², while the About page stated 12,000 m². The pages did not explain whether the figures referred to different facilities, periods or scopes.

  • The homepage labelled its figure as 7,000+ square metres of production space.
  • About Us described a 12,000+ m² manufacturing base and showed 12,000 m² in the Factory Size statistic. Different scopes could explain the figures, but the pages did not provide that explanation.

About Us: 12,000+ m² in the description and 12,000 m² in the statistic.Captured October 19, 2026 · Open full size ↗

These images establish what the pages said. They do not establish the actual factory area or show that either figure is false.

Why it matters

For buyers. A buyer carrying out supplier checks has to establish which facility, date and area definition each number describes. The unexplained difference adds uncertainty to that check.

For search. Different public statements can lead to inconsistent summaries of the business. A recorded AI brand-check answer mentioned this discrepancy, but that single sample does not establish a general visibility problem or lost sales.

Recommended fix

Confirm the underlying company facts and explain any difference in scope. Use the same verified wording wherever buyers or AI systems encounter the business.

How to check it. Document the source, date and scope of the approved figures. If both are valid, explain the distinction on both pages; otherwise correct the outdated figure. Recheck the homepage, About page and other company descriptions together.

A specification label described the wrong thing.

All 27 checked product pages placed “Double Drawn” in the WIDTH field without an actual width measurement. A Genius Weft summary also contained Hair Topper copy.

  • Double Drawn describes a hair characteristic, not the physical width of a weft or tape piece. The WIDTH label gave buyers no measurement or unit.
  • The same mismatch appeared in the archived HTML of all 27 sitemap product URLs. The two examples below retain their product names so the screenshots can be traced to the correct items.

Normal Tape product specifications showing Double Drawn in the Width field.
Normal Tape: the same field value appears without the tape dimensions.Captured October 19, 2026 · Open full size ↗

The screenshots show two products. The 27-page count and the Genius Weft description mismatch come from the archived HTML check; the Hair Topper wording is not shown in these images.

Why it matters

For buyers. A buyer cannot compare weft widths or tape dimensions from these fields and must ask for the missing measurements before checking suitability.

For search. A mislabeled value may be interpreted as a dimension when product facts are extracted or summarized. The audit did not record an AI answer repeating this specific error, nor establish a duplicate-content penalty.

Recommended fix

Separate hair characteristics from dimensions, confirm the appropriate units for each product, and replace copied summaries with product-specific descriptions.

How to check it. Check each product against its approved specification. Give wefts the relevant width and unit, and tape products their applicable dimensions. Confirm what weight and colour ranges refer to, then align the visible table, body copy and search description.

Where we would start

  1. Correct the cooperation FAQ so a prospective buyer can get a useful answer.
  2. Resolve the company-fact differences before expanding brand content.
  3. Repair the product fields and summaries, then repeat the same checks against updated pages and comparable AI questions.

What the audit delivered

The work produced a four-page Chinese SEO diagnosis and a seven-page Chinese GEO diagnosis, with issue priorities, page evidence and recommendations. One recorded brand-check answer referred to the FAQ and factory-area inconsistencies; that observation belongs to that sample, not every AI answer.

The impact explanations above describe plausible effects of the documented issues. They are not measurements of lost rankings, clicks, AI citations or enquiries.

These findings describe the October 18–19 audit snapshot. The review did not include website implementation, Search Console, analytics or CRM data. No ranking, traffic, enquiry or revenue improvement was measured, and the AI samples do not represent all platforms or all buyer questions.
