MAXUOD is built around focused search visibility work for small and medium-sized businesses. That means collaborators need to be comfortable with practical client problems: unclear service pages, thin local search signals, weak tracking, slow templates, messy content, and business owners who need plain language more than jargon.
The work is not about producing large decks for their own sake. It is about finding the useful next step, explaining the tradeoff, shipping the change, and leaving behind notes that another person can understand later. Good collaborators care about evidence, accessibility, page speed, content clarity, and whether a customer can confidently contact the business.
SEO and GEO operators
People who can audit crawlability, service-page clarity, schema, Search Console signals, and AI-answer readiness without turning every finding into a giant retainer.
Content and copy specialists
Writers who can turn customer questions, service details, pricing factors, and local context into clear pages that help both searchers and business owners.
Design and frontend partners

We are most interested in people who can make complex search and website issues easier to act on. That includes noticing when a page title is too vague, when a schema claim is not visible on the page, when a design choice hurts mobile speed, or when a recommendation would overwhelm a small business that first needs one focused repair.
If future roles open, the priority will be collaborators who can work with a lean studio rhythm: precise communication, scoped deliverables, evidence-based recommendations, and respect for the client budget and operational reality.
